Led by the husband-and-wife team of Guitar Julie and bassist\nAndy Strange\, and fortified by longtime partners guitarist Suburban Slim and drummer\nDave Melyan\, this group forms “….one of Portland’s most original and accomplished\nbands.” – The Oregonian. Members Andy Strange and Suburban Slim both have deep\nmusical roots that are firmly planted in Eugene. Strange was born and raised in Eugene\nand Slim lived there for many years\, and they both established reputations as some of the\ntop musicians of the area.\nGoing strong since 2001\, the band is known for their one-of-a-kind style they call\n“Crime-A-Billy”.
