Lloyd L Tolbert has played harmonica for over 40 years and is a fixture in Eugene’s local blues scene. He is currently fronting The Lloyd L Tolbert Band. Regular band members include: Rick Markstrom – drums & vocals and Michael Hatgis – bass & vocals. Byron Case on bass In 2010 Lloyd was awarded first place at the Northwest Harmonica Championships.
